You know I danced my chubby little ass off as a portly child to this music. With my rolly belly spilling out over my leotard and dance gear. I cannot tell you how much joy this link brings me. SO MUCH JOY!!!!
I truly believe this is one of the best movies produced in the 80's. Some say it is the worst. I say those people are CRAZY.

I too find extreme pleasure in the cheesiest music.
Not that I'm saying... well, yeah, I am, you've got to admit it's cheesy, but no offense was meant. Many times, it's where true genius lies. Or hides.
